Journey to Yoga

My Journey to Yoga

I started yoga four times in my life. My first attempts were back in 2011, but they were very inconsistent. Everything felt hard and confusing: I couldn’t find “my” teacher, and I didn’t even know there were options to modify poses to make them easier.

Finally, in 2015, I began practicing yoga regularly. At first, I was introduced to Vinyasa Flow, a rhythmic and dynamic style of yoga. Later, I discovered Hatha Yoga, which focuses more on static poses.

Currently, I practice Ashtanga Yoga, a dynamic and structured style. In the fall of 2020, I completed my training at Yogamovement Academy in Singapore and earned an international yoga instructor certification.

In April 2023, I realized I was ready to share my experience and knowledge, and I began teaching yoga classes.
